This job entailed an irrigation modification, renovate the flowerbed areas, install a mow strip, bark and sod. The old flowerbed border was concrete red brick, the supply lines were 1/2 PVC, the irrigation pattern was reconfigured to irrigate all corners of the new sod and existing lawn areas. A new state of the art irrigation timer was installed to handle the preliminary irrigation of the new sod for the initial 10 days. Cost Approximately $1,400.00     Happy Client, Priceless!
