Since 7 December 1995 we have flown a minimum of two 5x8 "all weather" flags 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We also maintain a lighting system to illuminate the flag flown in tribute to the 58 sailors still entombed within the USS UTAH.
To date approximately 30 flags have been flown over the United States Capitol building and purchased to be flown over the "Operation Mahalo" Memorial. The flowerbed is maintained with flowers twice a year as donated funds permit.
